BioGemix is a framework developed at the University Pierre and Marie Curie in Paris for constructing and cross-integrating Huntington’s Disease networks.
BioGemix 3D is a database offering the ability to quickly visualize and evaluate the strength of the polyglutamine- and age-dependent changes of gene expression in the striatum, cortex and cerebellum of the mouse Allelic Series Project. Information about gene dysregulation in BioGemix 3D is provided in the form of 3D plots.
