HD Mouse Models

HD mouse models described at The Jackson Laboratory, Mouse Genome Informatics (MGI) and the A Field Guide to Working with  Mouse Models of Huntington’s Disease have been identified.  Curated meta-data from these models are presented and links are provided back to original source.  Meta-data includes mouse model nomenclature, genetics, phenotype and reference publications describing the original model.  When available, links are provided to The Jackson Laboratory and MGI.  To date, 98 distinct mouse models have been identified.  When possible, mouse experiments within HDinHD resources (e.g. HDSigDB, HD Treatment Studies) now link explicitly to this new HD Mouse Model resource.
