HD Treatment Studies

Treatment studies within the HD context have been identified within GEO and PRIDE databases. We have curated the meta-data, and provide a listing of identified studies. Meta-data available for each study includes the: a) provenance of the study; b) nature of the treatment; c) identification of the HD model and tissue; and d) experimental method utilized by the study. Links to GEO/PRIDE are provided to facilitate study download. When available, links to PubMed are provided for additional study background.
