HD Explorer (Release 1.3)
Version 1.3 of the HD Explorer has been released. The following summarizes bug fixes, corrections and enhancements for this release.
- Added Source information to Gene Set description lines.
- Refined scope of HD Mouse Model catalog to exclude lines lacking a modification to the Htt locus.
- Standardized pharmacology terms for treatments.
- Redesigned Omics drill-down pages.
- Extended linking between different data sections within HD Explorer.
- Improved, more intuitive sorting of data grids.
- Technical enhancements on the backend to improve performance and extensibility.
