In response to user feedback, we have redesigned the HDinHD website to simplify and centralize data downloads and to make it easier to find tools. The Applications and Data tabs have been retired. Two new tabs have been introduced: Downloads and Tools. Both Downloads and Tools consisting of single web-pages.
The Downloads page centralizes the location and streamlines the process for people who are coming into HDinHD in order to download data and be on their way. Data is organized by subject matter (e.g. Mouse Allelic Series; etc.) and grouped into expandable sections (e.g. Mouse Allelic Series data is organized by Tissue). Downloads are available within a section and at a section. Additionally, each subject matter area contains a “Download All” link that allows users to download all data/reports from that area (e.g. all Allelic Series molecular data).
The Tools page provides a simple list of available tools, presented as collapsed sections. A one-line description of each tool is always visible to the right of the tool name. A more detailed description is available by expanding the tool section.
We hope these changes improve your navigation and overall experience using HDinHD. As always, we are eager to get your feedback. You may click here or simply use the “Provide Feedback” link on the footer of every HDinHD page.
